Ingredients

  • Brown sugar – 8 teaspoons
  • Glutinous rice flour – 100 g
  • Hot water – around 400 ml

Direction

  1. Solve the brown sugar in the 100 ml hot water. Put aside.
  2. Put 80 g glutinous rice flour in a bowl. Gradually add teaspoon of brown sugar water into glutinous rice flour and mix it into dough. The dough cannot be too wet.
  3. Heat some water (Around 300 ml) in a stockpot. After the water is boiled, put the dumplings into the stockpot. Besides, some brown sugar can also be put into the water. It is done once the dumplings are floated.
