Saying goodbye to my beloved eat-sleep mode
Back in Hong Kong, I lived my best foodie life. Later in Taiwan, I continued my happy-go-lucky days, working, thinking about random things, and of course, living the dreamy “Eat-Sleep Mode”!
Eat, sleep, repeat! What a perfect life! ✨ Weight? Stable. Dieting? Excuse me?! What’s that? BUT! Then I moved to the UK… and something went terribly wrong. I eat super healthy every day. No junk food, no late-night fried chicken, but somehow… I gained 8kg?! 😱😱😱
You heard that right … EIGHT! KILOS! That’s like carrying a whole brick around! I eat healthy, but I still gain weight? Does the UK have some mysterious “get fat if you stay too long” magic?! 😨
And the scariest part isn’t the number on the scale… It’s my clothes struggling to zip up!! 💔👗
Hidden battlefield
Many people describe me as a tiny lady. Yes, I still look fit but I know where my fat is now. I can still hide my flesh and fat, but well, I cannot tell myself lie. At least, clothes will tell myself the truth.
You know, being a petite Asian girl in the UK, shopping for clothes is an actual nightmare.
Too long. Too big. I put them on, and BAM! I look like I’m wearing a tablecloth. So, I am certified that I CANNOT CARRY EUROPEAN FASHION. 🚨🚨
So, guess what? I now secretly shop in the kids’ section. Stylish clothes? Gotta be fast. Gotta be smart. Gotta click “BUY” in 0.2 seconds. 🔥Fashion is a battlefield, and I am at war! You can’t imagine how rare a truly perfect outfit is. 🤣
Excuse me?! WHY am I fighting 14-year-old girls for clothes?!
I never wanted this, but if I don’t snatch that dress, I might not find anything decent to wear for the entire summer. It is quite funny leisure in my life in the UK.
B’s another mission – 2025 summer photoshoot!
In summer 2025, I want to take a super stunning Jenny for CK-style lingerie photoshoot! 💖✨ Well, lingerie … I am not be brave enough but ME in a nice dress is my goal to go in the photo.
So, I did the calculations:
• For health? Lose 5kg.
• For beauty? Lose 8kg.
Final goal? Get FIT and FAB! And that’s why…Starting TODAY, hazel B’s Fat Fighting officially begins!
