Coriander and Lettuce Soup

Direction

  • Rinse coriander thoroughly. If the roots are clean, they can be included. Wash lettuce and cut into sections. Smash the garlic.
  • Bring 800ml of water to a boil, then add oil, ginger slices, and garlic.
  • Add lettuce and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Finally, add cilantro and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, add salt, and enjoy warm!
