  • Dried chrysanthemum – 30g
  • Dried Prunella – 20g
  • Water – 1000 ml
  • Sugar (optional)

Direction

  1. Rinse the dried chrysanthemums and dried prunella with cold water to remove impurities and sediment.
  2. Put them in the pot and pour the water. Lid is covered. Boil them over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and then boil for 15 minutes more. After turning off the heat, you can bake for another 15 minutes.
